A small corner in St Margarets

The room at Fika Cafe: wooden tables and chairs by a wide front window

The room is calm and cosy, with a patio and a bench outside for warmer mornings. Regulars and first timers get the same welcome at the counter. It has the feel of a local hub rather than a stop on the way somewhere.

Early on weekdays, gentle at weekends

We open at 6:30am Monday to Friday and stay open until 4:30pm. Saturday and Sunday we run from 8am to 3pm. Come in for an early espresso before work or take your time on a weekend morning.

“Once inside I was greeted by a really friendly, lovely lady who instantly brightons your mood when you walked in. I then ordered a sandwhich and a coffee and sat outside on the little bench. Everyone that entered got the same friendly greeting and there was a real little community hub feel to the place, plus my sandwhich was incredible.”
